A combination of trigger point therapy and myofascial release, aimed to ease soreness by applying pressure to the areas with slow, intentional strokes.
Cupping
Silicone cups are placed on the skin to create a vacuum suction. This draws blood to the area, eases muscle tension and reduces inflammation.
Aged & Home Care
